DESIGN

We at FlowMAX^TM, will assist the client with best of Irrigation design whether it may be commercial landscape or large farm. Our design engineers will make a site visit, study water source, power source, water requirement of plants, planting pattern, topography of land, soil, sun light and wind characteristics.

With this, we will provide economic, energy efficient , water efficient irrigation design. We will provide professional CAD designs, water budgeting calculations, energy calculations, flow calculations, pressure loss calculations, piping design calculations and pump design calculations.

CONSULTING

We at FlowMAX^TM, will provide consulting services of upgradation of existing irrigation systems with modern water efficient irrigation products, energy efficient pump selection, Upgradation manual irrigation system with automated irrigation system, upgradation of traditional automation system with central controlled cloud based automation with weather stations, flow sensors, moisture sensors and rain sensors.

We provide consulting services for integrated water management solution which includes,rain fall pattern analysis of the site, run off analysis, design of rain water harvesting structures like farm ponds, lakes , swales and ground water recharge structures.

CONTRACTING

We FlowMAX^TM undertake complete execution of large scale irrigation projects with complete design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the system. Our dedicated team of Irrigation Engineers and Technicians make sure the quality products are installed in professional way as per international practices. Our team is well equipped with hands on experience of more than 20 years in Large scale irrigation projects in all over India and abroad.

We have dedicated team for electrical system for automated irrigation system, Pump and panel installation experts for advanced VFD based Hydro pneumatic pump installation and commissioning.

ANNUAL MAINTENACE CONTRACTS

We at FlowMAX^TM, understand the cause of major irrigation system failure is not attending minor faults at right time with right technical person using right spares.This makes even hugely invested advanced automated system non usable and entire investment, time, resources goes waste.

To solve this we design various annual maintenance package. This includes

periodic monthly or weekly visits by our irrigation experts and they will guide clients team
Providing complete manpower for operation and maintenance of the irrigation system on day to day basis
Providing comprehensive Maintenance packages includes supply of manpower, spares, and remote monitoring of the irrigation system with our experts.
Supply and replacement of spares and consulables.
Consulting on yearly contract basis which includes day to day updation of new technologies , visits of irrigation experts, water management expers , horticulturists, agriculturists visit, and improvement of existing systems and practices.

POND AND LAKE MANAGEMENT

In FlowMAX^TM we understand, water is life and the life need to be nurtured at best possible way. We see lot of efforts are taken nowadays to capture the rain water in farm ponds and lakes. But the quality of that water, physical and chemical characteristics are deteriorating over a period of time and the water become not usable.

We make sure these lake and pond water is always in good condition with introduction of proper aerators of different models and types. Our pond and lake management services and products ensure the water is having good oxygen content and avoid thermal stratification which are the major reason for the water quality decaying.
